  Filing a Lawsuit to see my granddaughter

  hi everyone, hoping you're having a good day...i am a "newbie", posted before (re: missing my granddaughter)..well, i have been thinking long and hard, and then long and harder still and i've decided to start a suit to see if i can get grandparent visitation to see my dearly-loved "chloe" who is 6 years old.

  my husband is an attorney(not chloe's grandfather) and he wants to take them on, after seeing what 2 years of being cut-off from her, has put me through.

  i have an illness, and the stress of missing chloe of course makes me feel worse.

  I know I'm going to be blasted for this but I don't think what you're doing is right if for nothing else than what it could mean for others. Like it or not parents have a right to say who can be around their children and who can't. I know many people here wouldn't want their parents to take them to JW events or even be exposed to that stuff. I do agree with you that you should be able to see your grand daughter, especialy since you are the better enviroment here, but the fact of the matter is that Chloe's parents are the ones that should say who their daughter can be around. If you win other people could be sued to make their children be available to their grandparents who are JW's or in even more dangerous cults.

  Chloe's parents don't want you around. True, you are her GRANDmother but you are not her mother and the mother's wish is what should be honored. Parents have their rights, even when they're the wrong ones.

  Who is onthego?

  reading some of their posts sounds a lot like another person that got kicked off the board.. look at it, they've only been around since nov. 26. another person got kicked off a day or two before that.. look at their very first posts.

  not exactly "hi, i'm new here and wondering about some stuff i've heard.".

  anyone else notice that their last few posts have been the exact same thing?

  Wow, nice to see that I'm not the only one!!!!!!! (breaths a sigh of relief) I just read where Prisca made a comment about this and was so incredibly happy to see I'm not totally out of my mind here.

  I started this in the hopes that I'm wrong and I do sincerely hope that I am. Again, my deepest apologies to onthego if I'm wrong but this person was kicked off of here for a reason and it doesn't appear as if they've changed, at all. It may be just the actions of a newbie and if so please forgive me but even other people are having the same thoughts as me. Any clarification from someone who would know (Simon, onthego) should be able to clear this little misunderstanding and I hope that they'll be able to do so soon.

  i read something here recently about elders making calls to inactives on xmas day.. i can't remember who posted this.. i am just wondering.......(nay....panicing)......... is this fact?

  and if so where did the information come from?.

  i am getting my tree delivered this afternoon and am wondering if i should invest also in some very thick curtains and keep them closed for about a month .

  Sorry to sidetrack this thread but I just want to respond to Prisca here.

  I'm glad to see I'm not the only who has noticed this. I just posted a new thread about this before reading your comments. Thanks for making feel like I'm not totally crazy.

  To make this post somewhat relavent to the thread......

  I wouldn't doubt that elders would come calling on my birthday. These are the same people who will sit outside people's houses waiting to ambush them (happened to one of my friends) so its not above them to do something like that.

  Anyone else notice that their last few posts have been the exact same thing? Not only that but very long winded diatribes about something that really has nothing to do with the topic at hand. They're all in bold also, much the same way that another person who was recently kicked off would do.

  At least one of their very first posts is about something that this same poster who got kicked off was known to try to get people to sign up for.

  Seems to have a big thing against Ted J., much like another person who was recently kicked off the board a day or two before onthego showed up.

  Has started at least one post that's nothing but paranoid ramblings about how the WT can spy on you which was a favorite topic of a former poster.

  I know I'm not exactly the best person to be making the case against people who get kicked off and then come right back under a different name. It just seems like Nancee, I mean onthego is doing all the exact same things they were kicked off for and the only thing they've changed is their name. Perhaps Simon could shed a little light as to where this person is posting from?

  I do apologize in advance if I'm wrong here and I sincerely do hope that I am. It would be great if I was proven wrong and I don't want to try to push someone who is totally innocent away for no apparent reason. I just don't want to have to put up with the same sort of stuff from before.

  Please prove me wrong here because I truly don't want to be right.

  A WITNESS WEDDING GONE BAD

  this is part of a email that my friend sent me, this is what happened at a witness wedding.

  im lmfao because the couple is so self rightoues, it couldnt happen better to anybody else.

  they say when"you spit it the wind it comes right back in your face".

  I remember one wedding where a guest (Jason, a former stoner guy in his late 20's but had the mentality of a 15 year old) at a very stuck up/self righteous couple went out and started jumping around on the dance floor making himself stand out above everyone else (he was actualy enjoying himself). What was really hilarious was he apparently didn't wear underwear that night. How do we all know that? While dancing around the entire place his pants came unzipped and little Jason came out and started greeting people. He didn't realize it at first and once he did he came over to me laughing his head off and quite loudly saying that the bride just saw the biggest d!@k that she'll see all night long.

  Sorry about not being able to answer all your prayers for quite some time. Our computer systems have been pretty screwed up here in heaven ever since dad opened that attachment that was supposed to be a picture of the nekkid ladies and it turns out it was a virus. Sorry about the inconvenience. We'll let you know when we get everything straightened out.

  BTW, please don't ask for your dead pet rabbits to come back to life. Everytime someone does that all that happens is that people in Utah get more hair on their elbows. We have no clue what that's about.

  So, basically, what you're saying here aguest is that Jesus is stupid. Wow, can't argue with you there. I know you'll come back and say that I'm just someone posting as Jesus but in all honesty, I'm as much Jesus as you are aguest because that's the name that I use. Besides, how do you know that I haven't just come back in a physical form that you disagree with? Really now, is that any more implausible than anything else that's in the bible? What I really love about all this is that you keep going on and on about how dumb Jesus is and yet you're my slave. What's that say about you?
